Obsidian - Jennifer L. Armentrout Whenever I read a novel by Jennifer Armentrout I can't keep myself from thinking that she's an amazing writer and that her books are like a collage of moments from books, movies and tv-series. Many tiny or huge moments that keep reminding me of something. Well, this is not necessarily bad. I really like her books, they make me feel warm and fuzzy and at that point I am thinking: screw originality. OK, I am exaggerating but you get the point.

I have two questions:
1. Why in every ya-fiction book has to mention sparkling vampires?
2. Why, really why?, every beautiful girl has to believe she is ugly and plain? I really want to read a book with a girl that is really.. I don't know.. vein? confident?

Well, I got that out of my system...
Seriously, the book is good and I will definitely check out the next one.
