Absolutely amazing!
Can I just say OMG, I’m mindblowned or something like that for a review? No? Well how can I even begin to describe the book? My problem is not that english is not my first language, my problem is that the book was so absolutely brilliant that I can’t even begin to describe it.
Ok I’ll try. Let’s just say that you have a picture and you want to develop it in Photoshop. You take the main one and you put layer, after layer until you reach perfection. Well, the book felt like that. It’s like the author wrote the book and then rewrote every single paragraph in order to reach excellence. It’s like he wrote the book based on the main plot. He rewrote it to reach it’s complexity, he rewrote it to perfectly portrait its characters and he rewrote it just to make every single word count. I didn’t find a single word to be too much. I’ve read on the author’s site that he started the book 7 years ago. I can't say I’m surprised.
One of the best fantasy books EVER!!! The only drawback is that I have to wait until January 2014 for “The providence of fire”.
